Our principal director, Alex Bayliss has over 30 years’ experience in the health and social care sector, having started his career as a front line care worker before moving on to qualify as a social worker.
Prior to starting AEB Social Care Limited Alex worked as strategic lead for Adult Safeguarding and Mental Capacity and as Principal Social Worker for a number of local authorities.
At AEB Social Care Limited we pride ourselves on being both strategic and practical which we believe enables us to support our customers to both understand why change is needed and how best to implement it.
